How much does CertAssist cost?
CertAssist is one flat plan at US$225 per month or US$2,475 per year as a limited-time CERTIFY offer, normally US$375 per month or US$3,999 per year. The annual price is twelve months for the price of eleven. Every supported framework, every feature, unlimited assessments and unlimited team members are included in that one price. There is no setup fee, no per-seat charge and no per-framework charge.

Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, and we would rather say so than bury it. Instead there is a live demo that is the full product loaded with sample data, with no sign-up, no card and no email address required. You can click through every screen before you decide, including the registers and the reporting dashboard.

Do I pay extra for additional frameworks?
No. Every framework CertAssist supports is included in the one plan, and you can run as many assessments across as many frameworks as you like. That includes ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, UK Cyber Essentials, CMMC Level 2, the Essential Eight and DISP. Enterprise GRC platforms typically price each framework separately.

Can I cancel any time?
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time, and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The annual plan is paid twelve months in advance, so cancelling stops the renewal rather than refunding the current term. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can export your data whenever you want, including after you cancel.

How many users are included?
Unlimited. Team members and read-only auditor accounts are both included at no extra cost, because charging per seat punishes you for involving the people who actually hold the evidence. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory on every account.

How does the price compare to Vanta, Drata and Secureframe?
Vanta and Drata do not publish list pricing, so the only accurate statement anyone can make is that their cost is quoted after a sales call. Secureframe publishes a Fundamentals package starting at US$7,500 per year (as at October 2026). CertAssist publishes its full price on this page. The other real difference is access: those platforms read your cloud, identity provider and code on standing credentials, and CertAssist connects to nothing.
