- Data export at any time, including after you cancel

## What is not included

- The independent audit itself. A SOC 2 report comes from a licensed CPA firm and an ISO 27001 certificate from an accredited certification body, and they charge their own fee.
- Automated evidence collection. CertAssist takes no access to your cloud, identity provider or code; you upload the evidence you choose. This is a deliberate security choice.

## Trial, demo and cancellation

- There is no free trial.

- The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the current billing period.
- The yearly plan is paid twelve months in advance; cancelling stops the renewal rather than refunding the current term.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Checkout is handled by Stripe.
